Simply put, we make the best boiler trucks in the whole world. Each truck is custom built to meet your specific needs. For larger diameter pipe, we here at Global Pipeline Systems believe that water inversion, rather than steam curing, is still the way to go: water curing produces a better, tighter-fitting, and more consistent product.

Each boiler truck is custom-built to meet each customer’s specific needs. Smaller units with 3 million BTU are mounted on a one ton Ford 350. These trucks are more than capable of cooking out 8 to 24 inch diameter pipe up to 500 foot long.

Larger units with 6 to 8 million BTU are mounted on Peterbilt tractors. These trucks have an optional inversion tower that is equipped with lighting, hydraulic roller systems, and a large inversion port allowing materials as large as 80 inches in diameter to pass through easily.
