Air Inversion Systems

Lining a 3 or 12 inch diameter pipe? The air inversion system by Global Pipeline Systems gets the job done right. With the help of German engineers, our system was created by contractors for contractors.

This rugged air inverter is made of 7000 series aluminum, making it light, portable and durable. It’s so easy to roll on the pneumatic rubber tires that a crew of two can maneuver it through the roughest terrain.

A water port (1”D) located on the front of the air inverter is an essential component for "water inversion" in case of emergency situations. If a situation arises where there is trouble inverting the lining material, cold water can quickly be introduced in order to slow down the curing process as well as assist with the inversion. Hot water can also be introduced while working in colder conditions in order to speed up the curing process. A "quick drain" valve is located underneath the air inverter to drain the water in order to refill the system with air.

Optional interior lighting system allows the operator to see into the inversion chamber while working at night or in low light situations.
