The patented “Global Cutter” is a unique air tool, tailor-made for reinstating connections in the smallest of pipe. The smaller unit can be easily inserted inside a 4 inch cured section of pipe and maneuvered into place with push rods. With a push of a button the unit is locked in place by expandable skids allowing for stability while cutting out the lining material at the connection. The entire reinstatement process only takes five to ten minutes with this unit! For 6 to 8 inch diameter pipe, try our larger air cutter.
